Mike Garvey was terrific, no pressure provided the answers to my questions and took me seriously when I asked him why I should buy the Versa and not the Fit, the Honda salesperson did not take that question seriously at all. I wouldn’t have asked the question if I didn’t want a serious answer and Mike gave me that.
Karl put me at ease. And he has a terrific sense of humor.
