I brought my 2012 Maxima in because some of the lights went out on the dash. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly service advisor and was told they would check it out for me. I had someone drop me off because I wasn't sure how long it would take since I didn't make an appointment. I got a phone call and they told me a cluster was out and they would need to order the part. They kept me informed during the process which I greatly appreciated. The called when it was complete and everything is working great. Great customer service. I highly recommend this service department. I definitely will use them for my family's car needs.

The biggest hugest most insane THANK YOU to Will and Danny for helping me and my family today!!! Our rogue broke down 21 miles into our trip to Disney World! A 3 year old, 2 90 pound pitbulls and my husband and myself & a car full to the top with all pit luggage stuck on 670! Will figured out a way to get us another car and tow mine back to Nissan! Another bran new rogue was delivered by Danny to us on the side of the road. That is service! That is kindness and I thank Will so much for doing all of the paperwork and dealing with me crying on the other end of the phone! Thank u!!!!!! ( thank u especially from the sweet 3 year old who was panicking bc he thought he wasn't going to see Mickey!) ������������
Good customer service , and everyone’s very friendly here. They also inspect your car while your in the waiting room and let u know if something wrong comes up, then give out recommendations.
