I've worked with Nissan for my past 2 leases and have had full intentions on renewing my lease a 3rd time. My negotiations with a location that wasn't Buckeye fell flat and I was about to give up on Nissan altogether. My car buying experience at Buckeye Nissan was the best I have had. I went in to look at the new 2019 Murano and in just about two hours ended up driving away in my favorite. This included all of the paperwork, financing and trade-in. I'm very happy with the deal and my new SUV. The salesperson Joe Downar was great too. I'm not very tech savvy and he took the time to explain the gadgets I wasn't familiar with. He also followed-up with me after the sale to make sure everything was good. Hands down five stars!

I took my daughter's Rogue in for the 25K service and was very pleased with the service from Joe on arrival and the overall experience from Kevin the service rep. Danny is a very professional and friendly shuttle driver who handled me both coming and going. The service and some outstanding warranty work were done well and in a very reasonable turn around time. We have been dealing with Steve/Chip/Debbie for many years at the Hilliard location. These folks will "go over and beyond the call of duty to help their customers. Service, sales and general questions etc.. After moving to Virginia, we were unable to find any Nissan dealer that compares to the service and customer satisfaction from the folks at Buckeye Nissan. Living in VA we still buy/lease our vehicles through Buckeye Nissan. I've found through research that Buckeye Nissan deals can't be touched here in VA. They deliver to our door.
